  • Blue Cloud Unveils BluEdge: A Sovereign AI Engine Built for the Hardware You Already Own

Blue Cloud Unveils BluEdge: A Sovereign AI Engine Built for the Hardware You Already Own

New Delhi [India], September 30: For a decade, the promise of AI at the edge has come with a hidden price: dependence. Dependence on a single chip vendor. Dependence on foreign cloud infrastructure. Dependence on systems that quietly own the intelligence running inside a nation’s hospitals, police networks and factories.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607, NSE: BLUECLOUDS) is changing that equation today. The Company announced the launch of BluEdge, its own sovereign inference software, developed by Blue Cloud and designed to improve the performance and cost efficiency of AI on CPU and GPU hardware while keeping control with the customer.

Unlike edge-AI platforms tied to proprietary silicon, BluEdge is designed to run across a wide range of CPU and GPU platforms, including hardware an organisation already owns, in the country where its data already lives. Benchmark results will be shared as they become available.

“Enterprises and governments we speak with keep asking the same question: why should our intelligence depend on someone else’s hardware, someone else’s cloud, someone else’s rules? BluEdge is Blue Cloud’s answer. It is India-born, patent-pending technology that aims to put sovereignty, performance and cost efficiency back in the hands of the organisations that need it most.”

    — Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited

One Platform. Many Chips. Customer-Defined Control.

BluEdge is the execution layer of AccessGenie 5.0, Blue Cloud’s evolution from an AI platform into a full Physical Intelligence Infrastructure. It is already deployed and operating in live customer environments in India, where early implementations have shown it working under real-world conditions. The customers have asked not to be named.

BluEdge forms the technical foundation of the Company’s broader Sovereign AI strategy. The technology is patent pending. Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited is the applicant, with Tejesh Kumar Kodali and Cherisha Putla named as inventors.

In line with Blue Cloud’s India-first philosophy, the first deployments and performance benchmarks are being run domestically before the technology is extended overseas.

    What Makes BluEdge Different

Running on many kinds of chips is only the starting point. What distinguishes BluEdge is control over how AI runs: the customer’s own policy governs where each AI workload is executed, and the boundaries it must stay within are enforced in software, rather than left to the hardware or the cloud provider.

For governments and regulated industries, data-residency and security rules become part of how the AI operates, not something added afterwards. The specific techniques are the subject of the Company’s pending patent.

Why It Matters for Blue Cloud

BluEdge is not a side project. It is designed to be the intelligence layer beneath Blue Cloud’s portfolio, from AccessGenie deployments with law enforcement, to BluHealth screening platforms, to Seeker surveillance systems already running at major Indian infrastructure sites.

By owning the execution layer itself, Blue Cloud turns every future deployment into a demonstration of its own proprietary technology.

Kinetiq RRobotics Deploys Nova Robotic Concierge at Cochin International Airport

KINETIQ ROBOTICS AND COCHIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LIMITED REPRESENTATIVES GATHER WITH NOVA: the AI-driven service robot, to mark its passenger-facing debut.

Kochi (Kerala) [India], September 30: Live Passenger-Facing Robot Combines Airport Assistance, Wayfinding and Cultural Discovery at CIAL’s Kalangan Art MuseumLive Passenger-Facing Robot Combines Airport Assistance, Wayfinding and Cultural Discovery at CIAL’s Kalangan Art Museum

Kinetiq RRobotics, an Indian robotics engineering company empowered by Star Engineers India Pvt. Ltd., has deployed Nova, an intelligent robotic concierge, at Cochin International Airport (CIAL). The live, passenger-facing service has been introduced at Kalangan, CIAL’s art museum located in the Domestic Security Hold Area. The service was inaugurated by S. Suhas IAS, Managing Director, CIAL.

Nova has been designed to help travelers access essential airport information through an interactive robotic interface. Passengers can use the robot to check flight schedules and gate information, learn about CIAL services, locate airport facilities and receive directions to boarding gates and other areas within the terminal. Nova can also assist passengers in escorting them to essential facilities, including prayer rooms, washrooms and medical facilities.

Unlike a conventional static information kiosk, Nova offers a physical and interactive point of contact that passengers can approach for assistance. The deployment demonstrates how service robotics can move beyond demonstrations and become part of day-to-day operations in a live aviation environment.

In addition to assisting with airport navigation, Nova serves as an interactive cultural guide at Kalangan. It introduces passengers to Kerala’s traditional art forms, including Kathakali and Ottanthullal, provides information about the artworks and sculptures displayed at the museum, and guides visitors towards relevant exhibits.

Nova, the AI-powered assistant by Kinetiq Rrobotics, greets passengers at Cochin International Airport’s Terminal 1

This combination of passenger assistance and cultural discovery gives the deployment a role beyond routine information delivery. It allows technology to support both the functional and experiential aspects of an airport journey.

Jignesh Nair, South Region Head, Kinetiq RRobotics, was instrumental in facilitating the CIAL project and supporting the coordination required to bring the robotic solution into the airport environment.

“The deployment of Nova at Cochin International Airport reflects our vision of bringing practical, intelligent robotics into environments where technology can make a meaningful difference to people’s everyday experiences. CIAL provides an ideal environment for Nova to demonstrate how robotics can combine assistance, information and engagement in a single passenger-facing experience. We are proud to see Kinetiq RRobotics bringing this capability to a live airport environment while also helping travelers discover Kerala’s rich cultural heritage,” said Divya Ramraika, Managing Director, Kinetiq RRobotics.

“Deploying Nova at CIAL represents an important step in our journey from developing robotic technology to applying it in environments where people can interact with it every day. At CIAL, Nova brings passenger assistance, flight and airport information, wayfinding and cultural discovery together in one interactive experience. Our objective is to build intelligent robotic systems that complement human teams and make real-world operations and experiences smarter, more accessible and more engaging,” said Anil Sathe, Chief Growth Officer, Kinetiq RRobotics.

Nova is supported by iWorkkz, the digital work-management and automation platform. While Nova acts as the physical interface through which passengers interact with the service, iWorkkz provides the digital intelligence and system layer supporting its functioning. This includes the information, software logic and workflow orchestration required for the robot’s passenger-facing applications.

Kapil Patil, Co-founder of iWorkkz, is responsible for the robot brain and the software intelligence layer behind Nova’s functioning. The integration of the robotic hardware with iWorkkz enables the deployment to operate as an integrated enterprise solution rather than as a standalone machine.

The deployment aligns with CIAL’s broader emphasis on technology, automation, digital infrastructure and passenger convenience. Through Nova, passengers can access commonly requested information in a more interactive format, while airport personnel remain central to providing personalized support and managing more complex passenger requirements.

Kinetiq RRobotics positions intelligent robots as an augmentation layer for human teams. By supporting repetitive and information-intensive interactions, robotic systems can help organizations improve access to information and allow personnel to focus on tasks that require judgement, empathy and direct human engagement.

The CIAL project also highlights the growing potential for Indian robotics engineering and software intelligence to address practical enterprise requirements. Airports, hospitality environments, healthcare facilities, retail spaces, corporate campuses and other high-traffic locations represent emerging applications for passenger assistance, concierge services, autonomous delivery, cleaning and customized robotic automation.

With Nova now operating in a live airport setting, the deployment marks a transition towards practical, passenger-facing service robotics designed around genuine operational and experiential needs.

  • The Portfolio Magazine’s Most Influential Business Leaders in India 2026: List of Honourees

The Portfolio Magazine’s Most Influential Business Leaders in India 2026: List of Honourees

Noida (Uttar Pradesh) [India], September 30: Business coverage tends to celebrate the announcement: the funding round, the product launch, the expansion into a new city. What it rarely captures is the decision that made the announcement possible in the first place, the one made months earlier, without press coverage, when the outcome was still uncertain. That decision-making, sustained under real pressure, separates leaders who move an industry forward from those who simply keep pace with it.

Portfolio Magazine has released its 2026 list of the most influential business leaders in India, spotlighting executives across consumer goods, fertility care, infrastructure, insurance, and manufacturing who have shaped outcomes their organisations are still operating on today. The honourees come from different industries and different career paths, but share one thing in common: each is recognised for a specific moment of judgment that changed the direction of their business, not simply for the title they hold.

True Change Makers Among The Most Influential Business Leaders in India 2026

Chetan Gautam – CEO at Fine Lines

Chetan Gautam is this edition’s cover story. Under his leadership, Fine Lines has pushed into categories that most legacy consumer brands approach cautiously, if at all, betting on where demand was headed rather than reacting once competitors got there first. Read his exclusive conversation with Portfolio Magazine.

Arvinder Singh – CEO at Imprimis IVF and Fertility Centre Pvt. Ltd.

M Ananda Vardhan – Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Radhey Constructions India Pvt. Ltd.

Shamim Rayani – Corporate Head, HSE at H.L. Agro Products Pvt. Ltd.

Vijay Verghis – Chief Marketing Officer at NuSummit

The leaders featured in this edition represent influence measured in outcomes rather than optics: a category bet that paid off, a compliance standard held firm under commercial pressure, a research pipeline that reshaped a company’s product roadmap years before the market caught on. Together, they reflect a shift in how Indian businesses are actually being led, with long-term judgment increasingly outweighing short-term visibility.

Ltd. (SAIT), and Finanjo. The Portfolio magazine has expanded its digital ecosystem by connecting thoughtful leaders through its newsletter, further strengthening its role as a multinational leadership intelligence system.

    What Does This Selection Recognise?

Influence here is not a synonym for visibility. The Portfolio magazine looked for leaders whose decisions changed their organisation’s trajectory, through a product bet, a governance stand, or a pivot years in the making.

The honourees in Most Influential Business Leaders in India 2026 are recognised for that decision-making, the kind that rarely makes headlines but shapes a company’s performance for years.

This edition joins other leadership recognition work from Portfolio magazine: Visionary Women Leaders of Asia 2026, profiling women driving boundary-crossing growth; Global Women Leaders 2026, spotlighting global change-makers; and Most Innovative HR Leaders in India 2026, on how HR professionals reshape organisations through culture, technology, and people-first strategy.

How Does Portfolio Magazine Identify These Leaders – Selection Process

The Portfolio magazine is dedicated to a strong and transparent process for selecting each profile shortlisted for Most Influential Business Leaders in India 2026. The editorial team conducts in-depth research, thorough industry analysis, and professional interviews across sectors such as consumer goods, healthcare, infrastructure, finance, and manufacturing.

Built on a merit-first editorial philosophy, every feature in Portfolio is earned through a structured shortlisting process evaluated on leadership impact, strategic vision, governance, and contributions to advancing the corporate ecosystem.

The Portfolio magazine actively encourages nominations from diverse sources, including self-nominations and recommendations from colleagues, business networks, and organisations via its Nomination page. The final selection of Most Influential Business Leaders in India 2026 highlights leaders who reflect outstanding judgment, advocate for positive change, and build future-ready organisations.

  • Mother Tongue Design Wins Two Blue Elephants at the 2026 Kyoorius Design Awards for P•TAL’s Rebrand

Mother Tongue Design Wins Two Blue Elephants at the 2026 Kyoorius Design Awards for P•TAL’s Rebrand

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], September 29: Mother Tongue Design (MTD) has won two Blue Elephants at the 2026 Kyoorius Design Awards across the categories ‘Integrated’ under the Design Craft track and ‘Brand Identity Refresh & Rebrand: MSME’ under the Design in Action track, for its work with P•TAL (Punjab Thathera Art Legacy) a brand bringing hand-beaten metalware back into modern homes around the world.

Mother Tongue Design’s response went beyond a new look, building a complete brand system across identity, positioning, packaging and storytelling. Since the rebrand, P•TAL has served 150,000+ customers across a footprint spanning 40+ countries, positioning Indian metalware as a design-forward lifestyle choice rather than a commodity purchase. Through its packaging, the brand has eliminated 880 kg of plastic. It now supports the livelihoods of 125+ artisan families, increasing their monthly incomes by 3500% in the last three years, strengthening the continuity of a UNESCO-recognised metalcraft tradition and enabling fairer, more sustainable incomes for craft communities.

The repositioning also delivered clear business milestones. P•TAL was selected as one of only five Indian brands to showcase at Shoppe Object in New York. Additionally, the brand expanded its retail footprint by opening an Exclusive Brand Outlet in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. In September 2025, following the rebrand, P•TAL raised $3 million in a Series-A funding round led by VC Grid, with participation from Rainmatter, the fund backed by Zerodha’’s Nithin Kamath.

Moreover, the perception of the category shifted from traditional, outdated metal cookware to a modern, health-conscious lifestyle choice. That resonated with a younger, globally aware audience seeking authenticity, wellness and design-led functionality while protecting cultural heritage through commercial viability. View the case study here: https://www.mothertonguedesign.com/ptal

Speaking on the win, Shruti Singhi, Founder & Creative Director, Mother Tongue Design, said: “Trends move fast but culture moves slow, and that’s exactly why it lasts. When a brand is genuinely rooted in something real, it doesn’t need to chase relevance, rather it becomes relevant on its own terms, and stays that way long after the trend has moved on. That’s the difference between creating a category and simply decorating one. Very early on, we knew this would go beyond design and that we needed to tap into a deeper, sub-cultural vein and honour legacy in every detail. The more closely we listened to the craft and the energy of the people behind it, the clearer the design became. These two Blue Elephants belong as much to the artisans as they do to us. P•TAL taught us that when you listen closely to the craft and the people behind it, design finds its own voice and we’re grateful to see that kind of listening recognised.”

Aditya Agrawal, CEO & Co-founder, P•TAL (Punjab Thathera Art Legacy), said: “The idea behind refreshing our brand identity was about creating a brand that could connect with audiences beyond India, while staying rooted in our craft and heritage. We’re especially grateful to see this intent recognised through our design partner, Mother Tongue Design, and we thank Shruti and the MTD team for translating our craft, process and community into something our artisans can be proud to see travel the world.”

AN IDENTITY FORGED IN THE WORKSHOP

P•TAL is part of a broader shift away from cookware packaging’s long-standing minimalist default, using cultural craft as its starting point. The color system MTD built is drawn directly from the materials and processes of India’s Thathera craftsmanship, so palette becomes a form of translation rather than styling.

The work began at the core of the brand, with something as intangible as the rhythm of metal being beaten by hand. That led MTD to define five pillars – material, functionality, craftsmanship, revival and Ayurveda. Rather than treating the project as a campaign, the agency focused on the community and the making process itself became the inspiration, its rhythm, repetition and tools translated directly into the forms and patterns that make up the visual language. The palette comes from the workshop floor, charcoal, the amber glow of fire and the deep tones of tamarind used to clean the metal. Simple vessel silhouettes echo the hammer marks and transformation at the heart of the metalworking process itself, keeping the graphic language tied to the hands and techniques behind each object.

    AN AGENCY THAT DEFIES CATEGORISATION

P•TAL is not an outlier in MTD’s portfolio, it’s a distillation of how the agency works. Since 2012, MTD has resisted easy categorisation, building a strategy-led practice at the intersection of culture and craft that treats culture as the root system a brand grows from. Across its work with brands like Forest Essentials, Vahdam, Maska and Nimai, that instinct holds; MTD starts not with what a brand should look like, but with the truth sitting at the centre of it, letting the visual language follow downstream so the result reads as lived-in rather than applied.

    ABOUT MOTHER TONGUE DESIGN

Mother Tongue Design (MTD) is a Mumbai-based strategy-led creative design agency founded in 2012. Strategy-first by instinct and multidisciplinary by practice, MTD works across brand identity, packaging, spatial, digital, and emerging media, with a portfolio spanning FMCG, luxury and lifestyle categories. Its work with brands such as Forest Essentials, P•TAL, Vahdam, Maska and Nimai, The Ballard Pier, Tiger Tales, among others is defined by a culturally immersed, strategically rigorous methodology, built on the conviction that a powerful brand communicates in a voice entirely its own. Mother Tongue Design has been recognised by e4m, India’s Best Design Awards (2024), and the Kyooruis Awards 2026 for P•TAL. • NoBroker Brings Personalised Home Painting to the Forefront with Trending Colours, Modern Finishes and Expert-Led Solutions

NoBroker Brings Personalised Home Painting to the Forefront with Trending Colours, Modern Finishes and Expert-Led Solutions

Pune (Maharashtra) [India], September 29: India’s leading proptech company is raising the bar in home painting with a renewed premium proposition designed for homeowners who want more than just a fresh coat of colour. NoBroker has deepened its investment in design expertise, craftsmanship, and service reliability, positioning NoBroker Painting as the choice for those seeking quality-led, personalised painting services rather than the cheapest quote available.

Pune homeowners renovating apartments, villas, and independent houses have historically had to choose between unorganised local painters offering limited colour options, or premium design studios charging steep consultation fees. NoBroker’s expanded painting offering is built to close that gap, combining expert guidance with an expansive palette that would typically only be available through high-end interior designers.

Expert Consultation Meets Unmatched Design Choice

At the start of every project, NoBroker offers a dedicated expert consultation to help homeowners translate their vision into a practical, design-led execution plan. This consultative approach is a meaningful departure from conventional house painting vendors, who typically walk in with a handful of shade cards and little real design input.

Customers opting for NoBroker’s interior painting and exterior painting services gain access to more than 2,200 shades and over 1,000 texture ideas, a level of customisation rarely available through independent contractors. Whether a homeowner is looking for a subtle, neutral palette for a rental property or a bold, textured statement wall for a living room, the sheer breadth of options allows for genuine personalisation rather than a one-size-fits-all approach to home painting.

    Craftsmanship Backed by Rigorous Training

A premium finish depends as much on the people applying the paint as it does on the paint itself. NoBroker’s painting partners undergo more than 300 hours of structured training before being deployed on customer projects, covering everything from surface preparation and wall health assessment to the correct application techniques for different paint types and textures. This investment in skilled labour is central to the brand’s shift from being seen as an affordable option to being recognised as a genuinely premium provider of painting services.

The company pairs its skilled workforce with premium paints from trusted, established brands, ensuring that the finish not only looks superior at handover but holds up over time against Pune’s humidity and seasonal weather shifts. Every project includes masking of furniture and electrical outlets, a structured quality check, and post-paint cleanup, reflecting an end-to-end managed process rather than a transactional paint-and-leave job.

Transparent Pricing Without Compromising on Quality

Despite its premium positioning, NoBroker has kept pricing transparent, currently offering a flat 15% discount alongside quotes generated from accurate, laser-based measurements rather than rough estimates. Combined with a service guarantee and a strong track record of on-time project completion, this approach directly addresses two of the biggest pain points homeowners face when booking house painting work: unpredictable costs and delayed timelines.

Customer reviews reflect this shift in perception. Homeowners across Pune have highlighted the attention to detail their painting partners bring to colour selection, the smoothness of the final finish, and the professionalism of teams who clean up thoroughly once the interior painting or exterior work is complete.

A Deliberate Shift Toward Premium Positioning

“We didn’t want NoBroker Painting to simply be another vendor offering a lick of paint at a low price,” said a NoBroker spokesperson. “Our focus now is on design-led, expert-guided home painting the kind of service where a homeowner walks away with a space that genuinely reflects their taste, executed by trained professionals using premium materials.”

This repositioning is deliberate and data-backed. As more Indian homeowners research painting services online before booking, NoBroker is investing heavily in making sure its expert consultation model, extensive shade library, and trained painting partner network are the defining features associated with its brand, rather than price alone.

What This Means for Pune Homeowners

For a city like Pune, where new apartment complexes and villa communities are constantly being painted, repainted, and refreshed, the demand for reliable, design-conscious house painting continues to grow. NoBroker’s combination of expert consultation, an expansive shade and texture library, trained painting partners, and transparent, guaranteed pricing gives homeowners a credible mid-to-premium alternative to both unorganised local painters and expensive boutique design firms.

As the NoBroker Painting vertical continues to scale its trained partner network and refine its consultation-led process, the brand is positioning itself as a long-term, design-forward choice for anyone searching for dependable home painting in Pune one where craftsmanship, colour expertise, and customer experience matter as much as the final price tag.

    About NoBroker

NoBroker is India’s leading proptech platform, offering brokerage-free real estate services alongside home services including painting, cleaning, packers and movers, and more, serving customers across major Indian cities including Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Delhi-NCR.

  • NoBroker Introduces Eco-Friendly Cleaning Solutions to Support Cleaner and Healthier Homes

NoBroker Introduces Eco-Friendly Cleaning Solutions to Support Cleaner and Healthier Homes

New Delhi [India], September 29: NoBroker, India’s leading proptech platform, has expanded its home services vertical with a renewed focus on eco smart cleaning, bringing India’s first eco-smart cleaning technology to households across Delhi. The move reinforces the company’s commitment to combining professional cleaning services with sustainability, safety, and measurable results for urban homeowners who are increasingly conscious about what goes into their living spaces.

Delhi’s mix of dust, seasonal humidity, and ongoing construction activity means most homes need far more than a quick weekend wipe-down. Recognising this, NoBroker Cleaning has built its offering around a simple but important idea: a home should be spotless without being soaked in harsh chemicals. That philosophy sits at the core of the brand’s eco smart cleaning approach, which replaces traditional chemical bleach with active foam technology and high-pressure steam to lift dirt, grease, and grime without leaving behind fumes or residue.

Eco Smart Cleaning, Engineered for Real Homes

What makes NoBroker’s eco friendly cleaning method stand out in a crowded market is its emphasis on being odourless, non-corrosive, and family-safe. For homes with young children, elderly residents, or pets (all of whom are more sensitive to strong cleaning fumes), this distinction matters. Instead of masking odours with fragrance, NoBroker’s eco-smart process is designed to leave surfaces genuinely clean, not just chemically scented.

The company’s kitchen cleaning service uses power-steam degreasing to cut through built-up grease on stovetops, tiles, and countertops, a common pain point in Delhi apartments where compact kitchens see heavy daily use. Meanwhile, its sofa and upholstery cleaning relies on a water-saving foam technique that dries considerably faster than conventional wet-shampoo methods, an important consideration during Delhi’s humid months when slow-drying fabric can develop a musty smell.

By pairing these innovations under one umbrella, NoBroker has positioned its home cleaning services as a genuine alternative to both traditional local cleaning contractors and generic gig-based services that rely on standard detergents and bleach-heavy formulations.

    Trained Partners, Transparent Pricing

Every cleaning professional deployed through the platform is background-verified and trained on standardised protocols before being assigned to a home, an approach that has helped NoBroker build trust among first-time users who are naturally cautious about letting strangers into their homes. The company backs this with a best price guarantee and free rescheduling policy, removing much of the friction that typically accompanies booking professional cleaning services in a busy city like Delhi.

Customers can choose from full home deep cleaning, partial or by-room cleaning, kitchen-specific degreasing, and sofa or upholstery care, each customisable based on the size and condition of the home. This flexibility has made NoBroker Cleaning a popular choice not just for routine upkeep but also for one-time deep cleans before moving in, hosting guests, or preparing a property for tenants.

    Customer Sentiment Reflects the Shift

Reviews from Delhi customers consistently highlight two things: the absence of a strong chemical smell after service, and the visible difference in kitchen and bathroom surfaces post-cleaning. This aligns with the company’s broader push to be recognised not merely as another cleaning aggregator, but as a brand associated specifically with safe, effective, and sustainable eco smart cleaning.

“Home cleaning shouldn’t come at the cost of indoor air quality,” said a NoBroker spokesperson. “Our eco-smart approach was built because we saw a real gap: most cleaning services in India still rely on strong chemical agents that leave behind odour and residue. We wanted to change that starting with Delhi, a city where humidity and dust make regular deep cleaning almost a necessity.”

Why It Matters for Delhi Homeowners?

Delhi’s rapid urban growth has meant more apartments, more construction dust, and more demand for reliable home upkeep. Traditional eco friendly cleaning options in the city have historically been limited to a handful of niche providers with inconsistent quality. NoBroker’s scale (having cleaned well over a million homes and more than a billion square feet of living space nationally) allows it to bring an eco-conscious cleaning standard to the mainstream market rather than keeping it a premium niche offering.

The company’s continued investment in home cleaning services infrastructure, including standardised training modules for its cleaning partners and ongoing refinement of its foam and steam-based technology, signals a long-term commitment rather than a one-off marketing push. As more Delhi households prioritise both hygiene and sustainability, NoBroker Cleaning is positioning itself at the intersection of the two, offering professional cleaning services that are as considerate of a family’s health as they are of the environment.

For homeowners searching for dependable, chemical-conscious home cleaning services in Delhi, NoBroker’s eco-smart cleaning line offers a credible, tested, and increasingly well-reviewed option that reflects a broader shift in how Indian consumers think about what “clean” really means.

So when Abhee City Urban Glenn arrived with a Scotland theme, a golf range, and 45 acres of land, some scepticism was natural. If you are searching for Abhee City Urban Glenn reviews before booking, here is an honest look.

What is Abhee City, Urban Glenn?

Abhee City Urban Glenn is a large township by Abhee Ventures on SH-35, the Varthur–Sarjapur Road, right behind Greenwood High in Chikkavaderapura. It was pre-launched as Abhee Codename New Dimension, so don’t be confused when brokers send different brochures. The latest brochure and floor plans are on the official Abhee City Urban Glenn project page.

The master plan covers about 45 acres, with 14 towers and roughly 3,000 homes. Only Phase I is RERA registered for now: three towers and 566 apartments in 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4.5 BHK. The RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/250826/008887, with completion on record as 31 December 2033.

    About the Builder: Abhee Ventures

Abhee Ventures has been building in Bangalore since 2009, mostly in the Sarjapur, Gunjur and Varthur belt. Its nearby projects include Abhee Aaria in Gunjur and Abhee Celestial City on Sarjapur Road.

Abhee is a mid-sized developer, not a Prestige or a Sobha, and Urban Glenn is by far its largest project. Visiting a delivered Abhee project will tell you more than any brochure.

    Abhee City Urban Glenn Price

Based on current listings, the Abhee City Urban Glenn price is roughly ₹11,000 to ₹11,600 per sq.ft, up from pre-launch offers of about ₹9,600.

    That puts a 2 BHK of about 1,180 sq.ft at ₹1.3 to 1.4 crore, a 2.5 BHK at ₹1.6 to 1.7 crore, 3 BHK homes at ₹1.6 to 2 crore, a 3.5 BHK at ₹2.2 to 2.3 crore and a 4.5 BHK of 2,550 sq.ft at ₹2.8 to 3 crore.

GST, registration, parking and club charges come on top, so keep another 10 to 12 percent aside and ask for the full cost sheet before booking.

Is it expensive? Not for this stretch. Big-brand launches nearby ask ₹12,500 to ₹15,000 per sq.ft, so Urban Glenn sits in the middle.

    Location: Chikkavaderapura and Around

Chikkavaderapura sits in a useful spot. Greenwood High is next door, Wipro SEZ and the Sarjapur Road tech parks are 20 to 25 minutes away, and Whitefield and the Outer Ring Road are 10 to 12 km away. The airport is a 75 to 90 minute drive.

The honest downside is traffic. Varthur Road and the Dommasandra junction choke at peak hours, and roads and drainage are still catching up. Parts of this belt have seen waterlogging, so visit during the monsoon if you can.

    Amenities and the Scottish Theme

This is where Urban Glenn stands apart. The Scottish-themed township promises over 140 amenities, centred on a 3-acre golf range, rare at this price. There are four clubhouses, including Club Inverness for wellness and Club Glasgow for sports, plus a man-made lake, a 3 km jogging loop, a cycling track, pools and a pre-school.

Ask which of these will actually be ready when Phase I is handed over.

Abhee City Urban Glenn Reviews: What Buyers Are Saying

The project is still under construction, so there are no resident reviews yet; most feedback comes from site visits.

Buyers like the scale, the open space and the master plan. The price is lower than big-brand launches nearby, and Phase I has its key approvals in place.

There are concerns too. Some ads mention 2029, but the RERA date is December 2033, so plan around that. With 3,000 homes planned, traffic will rise. Some Abhee City Urban Glenn Chikkavaderapura reviews say channel partners quote different prices for the same unit, so compare with the builder’s cost sheet. Check flooding risk and nearby high-tension lines too.

Abhee City Urban Glenn for Sale: What to Check Before Booking

Most Abhee City Urban Glenn for sale listings are primary inventory from the builder, plus a few early resale bookings that need care over transfer charges. Verify the RERA number on the Karnataka RERA website, ask for the carpet area and get a construction-linked payment schedule in writing.

    The Verdict

Abhee City Urban Glenn is one of the more interesting launches on Sarjapur–Varthur Road, with strong amenities and fair pricing. It suits families happy to wait until 2033. If you need a home sooner, look at ready options first, including Abhee Celestial City.

Either way, visit the site, read the RERA documents yourself and don’t rush because of a limited-period offer. Good projects don’t vanish in a week.

  • Wingsure Launches Coffee Intelligence to Turn Verified Farm Evidence Into Decision-Grade Insights

Wingsure Launches Coffee Intelligence to Turn Verified Farm Evidence Into Decision-Grade Insights

Avi Basu, Founder and CEO, Wingsure

New York [New York]. September 29: Wingsure, a deep-tech agricultural intelligence company and SRI spinout built on foundational technology developed with SRI, announced on September 28, 2026 the launch of Wingsure COFFEA™, a platform that captures and verifies farm-level evidence and turns it into decision-grade intelligence for the global coffee sector.

Coffee connects millions of smallholder farms across diverse growing regions with a global market facing mounting climate risk, productivity challenges and sustainability requirements. Companies increasingly need credible farm-level intelligence to support traceability and deforestation safeguards, strengthen sourcing, understand production and quality, manage risk, support growers and make better-informed investment decisions.

Today, the same farm may be assessed separately for sustainability, sourcing, production, certification, finance and risk. This can create repeated work for growers while leaving enterprises with fragmented and often static views of farm conditions. Wingsure COFFEA™ takes a different approach: capture evidence at the farm, verify it at the source, build the farm record over time, and make that intelligence reusable across multiple programs and business decisions.

“What excites us about coffee is the opportunity to bring years of foundational deep-tech work to one of the world’s most important agricultural ecosystems – and to do it in a way that creates value on both sides of the farm gate,” said Avi Basu, Founder and CEO of Wingsure. “We have been fortunate to learn alongside some of the most respected organizations and people in coffee. One lesson has become very clear: a farm cannot be understood through a periodic form, a declaration or a satellite image alone. It is a living system.”

“Our job is to turn what is happening on that farm into trusted intelligence that gets better over time. For the grower, that means a farm record that becomes more valuable with every season. For the enterprise, it means a common intelligence foundation for better decisions across sustainability, sourcing, production, risk and finance.”

For growers, the platform is designed to ensure that their knowledge, observations and actions do not disappear into disconnected surveys and programs. A farm record can become progressively more useful, helping growers demonstrate practices and progress, receive more relevant advisory support and, through participating programs, connect verified information with economic opportunities such as incentives, insurance and credit.

Using the smartphone already in a grower’s hand, Wingsure combines augmented-reality guided capture, multilingual voice capabilities, agronomic knowledge, computer vision, geospatial analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning. Field observations can be geotagged, timestamped and converted into machine-readable records, including in offline environments. Satellite and drone context can further enrich the farm record.

“AI is only as credible as the evidence beneath it,” said Dr. Bikram Sengupta, Co-founder and CTO of Wingsure. “Our architecture keeps every insight connected to what was captured, where and when. That allows verification, inference and prediction to become part of one traceable intelligence system. The goal is not simply more data. It is intelligence you can trust.”

    Wingsure

Together, these capabilities create a living intelligence layer spanning crop condition, farming practices, production signals and risk. Instead of becoming another isolated point solution, the platform is designed to support existing enterprise sustainability, sourcing, traceability, carbon, finance and risk systems by giving them a stronger, evidence-grounded understanding of the farm.

Perspectives from leaders across the coffee and agricultural risk ecosystem working with Wingsure underscore the importance of trusted farm-level intelligence in supporting growers, strengthening agricultural systems and improving enterprise decision-making.

Álvaro Gaitán, Technical Manager of the Colombian Coffee Growers Federation (FNC), one of the world’s most influential producer-led coffee organizations, representing more than half a million coffee-growing families in Colombia and behind the globally recognized Juan Valdez® brand, said:

“As a grower-led institution, FNC is focused on building the next generation of capabilities Colombian coffee producers will need to compete globally. Better, more timely farm intelligence is central to that vision. We are engaging with Wingsure to explore how its technology can complement FNC’s existing capabilities and help strengthen the coffee ecosystem for Colombian growers.”

From the agricultural risk and financial-services side, Madhukar Sinha, President – Govt & Rural Business, Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd., one of India’s leading private general insurers and a joint venture between the Tata Group and AIG, said:

“Agricultural insurance has an important role to play in building farmer resilience, but achieving that at scale requires a much clearer and more timely understanding of what is actually happening at the farm. Wingsure’s approach is compelling because it connects verified field evidence with the intelligence needed for risk assessment and decision-making. The ability to create a trusted, continuously developing record of the farm can be valuable not only for insurance, but across the broader agricultural ecosystem. We believe Wingsure is addressing an important challenge with technology that has the potential to operate at a meaningful scale.”

The launch builds on Wingsure’s work across coffee and other crops to capture, verify and analyze farm-level information for applications including crop health monitoring, damage and loss assessment, regenerative and sustainable practices verification, production and risk intelligence, agricultural insurance and credit. The platform traces its origins to computer vision and augmented reality technology developed by Wingsure in collaboration with SRI.

In coffee, Wingsure is extending this foundation into yield intelligence and coffee science applications, supported by real-world validation. Over time, each observation, intervention and season compounds the intelligence around the farm – creating a persistent foundation from which new questions can be answered without rebuilding the evidence base each time.

The launch coincides with Wingsure’s participation in two major global coffee gatherings in Switzerland: the Global Coffee Platform’s 10th Anniversary Celebration in Geneva on September 30 and the Swiss Coffee Trade Association’s 17th Forum & Dinner in Montreux on October 1 – 2 – bringing industry leaders together around the future of coffee.
